I was pondering this. I've never been arrested but I was stopped about 3 times in 2 months, each time for pushing a shopping trolley full of computers down a main high street. You can probably understand why. The last time they stopped us, we were laughing so hard we couldn't answer any questions, so they got back in their car and drove away. So I had this idea. I want an idea of the percentages. I don't care about individual results. So if you answer, please give the right answer.
