A supplier sent me the wrong item, value 50 quid, and the post office lost the RMA parcel, which was not sent recorded. Do I have any avenues? I might be able to claim 36 quid back from the post office, assuming the receipt for the postal label counts as "proof of postage" to them. Alternatively, is it worth doing a credit card chargeback? If I were to place bets, I'd guess the supplier has made a mess of this, since they sent me the wrong item in the first place.
