Work is being incredibly tough at the moment. Until tonight, I'd not been training for two weeks, since before DWCon. Tonight was an attempt to recover some fitness. I switched to a slightly heavier blade, and was surprised by quite how much of a difference it made - my arm ached after a few minutes, but it was still mostly one way traffic. If I can get the setups otherwise to match, I might well keep up training with the heavier blade.
